What is 3dtour?

3dtour is a first class technology developed to present entire towns, districts, standalone buildings, interiors and exteriors in a brand-new way either. The same software is available in both an online and an offline version which can be distributed on CD/DVD-s. 3dtour is based on panoramic pictures taken by us which are integrated into a 3D virtual tour. Information points are placed in the 3D world; images, texts or videos can be seen if you click on them. 3dtour can also play various backround sounds and narrator voices too. Content (texts, videos, audios etc.) is multilingual, any tour can have unlimited languages.

How to use it?

3dtour can be used on any website, in fact it doesn't require the redesign or rebuilding of existing websites. It can be attached to the site simply by adding a link. Content of the tour can be changed, extended any time.

Whom do we recommend it?

We recommend 3dtour to any museum, hotel, restaurant, shop or shopping center. According to a case study by Joseph L. Ortiz, the return on investment per hotel for Radisson Group of Hotels was less than 4 weeks. Hotels with a virtual tour achieved 135% increase in online revenue per hotel per month over those without a virtual tour.

What are the technological requirements of 3dtour?

It can be hosted on both Linux and Windows-based servers, 3dtour uses small xml files to store any data, database support is not required. In order to view 3dtours, you only need a Flash 9/10-based browser. Recommended system configuration:

  • Minimum 1024*768 resolution
  • Pentium IV processor
  • 1 GB memory free
  • Broadband internet connection
